Why Partner with HAAC and OFATV?

An exclusive regulated and marked route will be designated on your property.

  • This will help regulate trespassing and riders passing on areas of your property not delegated.
  • Trail system is monitored and regulated to OFATV members only. The club will police this use routinely and work closely with the OPP to prosecute trespassers.
  • Signage to identify trail, ownership and safety requirements.

You set the conditions of the land use.

  • You determine where the trail goes across your property.
  • You can stipulate which areas are in need of maintenance, culverts etc.
  • You can set trail use times and seasonal restrictions.

The club is responsible for maintenance.

  • We maintain the trail as required.
  • We provide required equipment and manpower.

Your liability is guaranteed.

  • The OFATV recognizes you as insured by the OFATV’s Third Party General Liability Policy

Permission to the Club for the land remains in place until you or the club terminates it.

  • Allowing an ATV trail across your property changes neither your ownership nor property rights.
  • No matter how long the trail remains on your property, it can be removed per your request at any time.
  • Allowing a trial is not forever nor does it set a precedent that will threaten any future ownership or give permission to any other group.

Partnering with HAAC is exactly that…a partnership!

  • We want to work with our landowners. Their assistance in trail building, maintenance and trail development is always welcome.
  • We want to hear your concerns and comments. All landowners are welcome any time at an HAAC event or meeting.
  • We will always strive to promote ourselves and are landowners as community supporters.
