An
exclusive regulated and marked route will be designated on your
property.
- This will
help regulate trespassing and riders passing on areas of your
property not delegated.
- Trail system
is monitored and regulated to OFATV members only. The club will
police this use routinely and work closely with the OPP to prosecute
trespassers.
- Signage to
identify trail, ownership and safety requirements.
You set the
conditions of the land use.
- You determine
where the trail goes across your property.
- You can stipulate
which areas are in need of maintenance, culverts etc.
- You can set
trail use times and seasonal restrictions.
The club is
responsible for maintenance.
- We maintain
the trail as required.
- We provide
required equipment and manpower.
Your liability
is guaranteed.
- The OFATV
recognizes you as insured by the OFATV’s Third Party General
Liability Policy
Permission to
the Club for the land remains in place until you or the club terminates
it.
- Allowing
an ATV trail across your property changes neither your ownership
nor property rights.
- No matter
how long the trail remains on your property, it can be removed
per your request at any time.
- Allowing
a trial is not forever nor does it set a precedent that will threaten
any future ownership or give permission to any other group.

work with our landowners. Their assistance in trail building,
maintenance and trail development is always welcome.
- We want to
hear your concerns and comments. All landowners are welcome any
time at an HAAC event or meeting.
- We will always
