- In addition
to the individual's member insurance, the insurance policy with
the OFATV provides third party liability insurance for the landowner,
OFATV, member clubs, members and volunteers.
- The policy
provides a $5 million Commercial General Liability, $5 million
Non Owned Automobile and $250,000 tenants Legal Liability.
- The policy
deductible is $1000, which is paid by the club when a claim is
reported.
- Landowner’s
that have completed a Land Use agreement with the OFATV have protection
up to the $5 million limit.
- The policy
was developed for and is limited to OFATV members.
- All riders
and participants using OFATV trails must be a OFATV member.
